International Welcome Day is a community event that welcomes immigrants and international residents from all nations, connects them with local resources, and celebrates the cultural diversity that strengthens our city.

This event brings together families, international students, community organizations, service providers, and local partners in a warm, inclusive, and non-political environment.

Everyone is welcome — regardless of faith, background, or status.

Founder and Executive Director of Immigrant Connection, Zach provides strategic leadership to the national team and oversees the Immigrant Connection Legal Network, equipping local sites to deliver high-quality immigration legal services. Since 2014, he has served as a Local Site Director and a Department of Justice–accredited Legal Representative, personally assisting thousands of immigrant families from more than 120 nations. Driven by a deep commitment to immigrants and their flourishing, Zach is passionate about expanding access to trustworthy legal services and strengthening communities across the country.
